It is not certain yet but VW australia might bring Scirocco sports coupe Down Under!!!i reckon it looks good!! there will be choice of engines and of course turbo engine and it also have VW's newest seven-speed DSG gearbox!! This car look like a threat for vxr!!

I think this is in the latest wheels or motor magazine. Apparently it is heavier than the GTI, and hence a little slower, even with the trick gear box. However... handling is meant to be awesome.

Doesnt really look VW to be honest, i like it, sits down low has a good looking stance. The golf is solid, but this looks far too out there and overstated to be VW designed  |

Like the look BUT a pity the 3 door Golf R is being dropped. Not sure about the electronic diff either. I think I would go the Golf R myself,a cut-price Audi S3 |

I'd much prefer a 3-door Scirocco over the Golf, much better styling imho. Lower stance, wider body, looks much more aggressive.
Shame they couldn't slot the Golf R AWD system into it though.
