Drove one last week, driving another tomorrow.... Is an amazing car - but $59,990.... im struggling to justify that.. Got some thinking to do after tomorrow after the second test drive.

Doesnt feel any quicker than my car - but my god its got massive grunt and grip ..not to mention it sounds amazing - not ott, just right. Still coming to terms with all the plastic - a love hate thing.

Is a really tough one..but with only a small run of cars coming over - might not be an option anyway.

As i said to ya last night, sooooooooooo envious mate, hate you :p

I reckon if we had an awd option on our cars we'd eat it alive, but then again, that's just in stock form. A couple of tuning bits and the RS would be a completely different monster.

Glad that Ford have done this and I do hope they sell quickly. Thumbsup

Might disprove the theory that no one will pay more than 40k for a hot-hatch.
Anyone else noticed the amount of mk 6 GTi Golf`s on the road,add a few options and 50k buy-buy !

yeah they are expencive but they will sell quick and they also look not bad

i agree with rory if you if you make a few mods then you will ahve an completly different car ......very different Evil

there is limitted editions rs 500 in uk as you all guess more powerrrrrrr Evil

and rs 500 tuning parts are aviable for rs ones too

Test drove this white one too - this colour would be my choice (black wheels of course). Second drive - was a bit more restricted - roads not as good - but got the thing boosting well - it is very quick and a really really nice car, cant wait to see one here. They are quite common back home though - seeing about 9 of them when i was there and 7 of those were green.

Back in Aust now and drove my car for the first time in a month.... its quicker than i remember - very happy with it which is a good thing cause i cant afford the RS in reality. Spent more $$$ on the vixer instead.

Looking around, it seems they sell any where from $66K on the eastern seaboard up to $80K over in the west Undecided

They've arrived.. Just drove past a white one in manly NSW.. I had a boot full of regal mods! Weird to see one here.. Looked good.

Saw a white one on Saturday on Burns Beach Road near Currumbine.
They look great,vastly different to an XR5 !
