Ive noticed that my horn isnt as loud as before and sounds kinda weird... is this to do with the CIM recall?

Happens with old age, lol :p

Check to make sure both horns are still hooked up Wink

Just had the recall done at my 75000km service.

Also had a behind glovebox rattle and drivers seat squeak fixed. Thank God!

Still ... $500 later, thanks HSV. They did put a E3 Clubby book in the car for me to ponder over trying to convince me to buy one. Admittedly, I did check the bank account! Mmmm, GTS would be very nice.

They charged you $500 to fix a few squeeks? As the CIM recall is free covered under warrantly whether u still have it or not.

$299 for 75000km service
$98 for glovebox issue
$56 for drivers seat squeak
CIM recall was free, yes.

Call up Holden and give them your VIN. Any AH with steering wheel controls has the recall.
